Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy
Since Mandi Axis provides digital services, memberships, business listings, advertisements and wallet-based services, refunds are normally not provided once a transaction is completed.
2. Wallet Recharge Policy
- Wallet recharge amounts are non-refundable.
- Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn as cash.
- Wallet credits are non-transferable.
- Wallet balance can only be used for services available on Mandi Axis.
3. Membership Fees
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
- Membership cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund.
- Unused membership periods are not refundable.
4. Advertisement & Listing Services
- Advertisement charges are non-refundable once activated.
- Premium listing fees are non-refundable.
- Lead purchase charges are non-refundable.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error.
- Payment deducted but service not credited.
- Payment gateway processing error.
- Any situation specifically approved by Mandi Axis management.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Users may stop using services at any time.
- Account closure does not automatically generate refunds.
- Active memberships remain subject to the non-refundable policy.
7. Processing Time
If a refund is approved under an exception case, processing may take 7 to 15 business days depending upon payment gateway and banking procedures.
8. Fraudulent Claims
Any fraudulent refund request, chargeback abuse, or misuse of payment systems may result in suspension or permanent termination of the user account.
